Transformation of a 1980's house

This expatriate family acquired this 1980s house near Amsterdam. This house had not been renovated much since its construction and it was not at all to the taste of the customers.

The transformation of this house was one of the conditions of purchase.

We have redesigned the living room by partially opening the kitchen onto the living room. The window has been enlarged to create a larger bay window allowing greater access to the garden.

Ambiance of the living room and the kitchen

The clients wanted to make this house more functional for their daily needs and create the style that would remind them of their home country. The green color is omnipresent to bring softness and this natural feeling that they were looking for.

A panoramic wallpaper with black and white leaves will delimit the dining area.

3D renderings help the clients to imagine the transformation of their 1980s home in order to modernize it to their taste.

The dining room has a large 200 cm long table to accommodate the whole family.

A large mirror brings depth to the room.

In the kitchen, a high table allows more counter space and creates a tasting area with the wine bottles hanging on the wall.

Bathroom mood

The bathroom takes up the codes of green thanks to these zellige tiles which will delimit the shower space.

The wooden furniture and the stone basin bring elegance and softness.
