Optimization of this attic room for 3 different uses.

The client would like to use this room as a guest room for their families and friends.

They also requested to have a space to work from home regularly. They also needed a relax area to read a book with their daughter.

The owner preferred to keep the room structure, beams and the floor as such.

The idea was to use the central beam to create a workspace around it. The light comes through the roof window and makes the desk comfortable to work at.

For the guests, a high quality modular bed which can be turned from a 1 place to 2 places has been chosen to save some space.

On the other corner, a comfortable rottan chair and a side table creates a relaxing area.
